searching for meaning
We want to create space for innovation that serves a new generation of Latino adults of diverse backgrounds, helping them to find fulfillment in areas like relationships, personal growth and service to others.
Sentido is not a program or a project. It is a process. We are using the principles of human-centered design, which include listening, observing and empathy, as we try to learn how Latino young adults find meaning.
Sentido evolved out of a grassroots effort to discern a perceived disconnect between Latino young adults and traditional institutional leadership.
